Central to Betsy’s identity is its passion for real people.

• To support entrepreneurs during the disruptive and far-reaching effects of COVID on businesses in the Philippines and in South East Asia, we will be waiving all fees to make your products available on Betsy until we are back to normal or until October 2021, whichever comes first. We understand the plight of small and medium enterprises who rely largely on consigning their products to bigger brands in order to obtain reasonable profit at a relatively bigger scale. Betsy’s reason for being is to enable local artisans, artists and creatives to gain access to their clients especially during such inopportune times.

• We will reserve 10% of all Earnings After Tax to support local creative organizations, foundations for emerging artists, sustainability projects related to the creative industry and grassroots initiatives to raise appreciation for the arts.

• To encourage the entrepreneurial mindset of all, especially the youth, inexperienced and first-time business owners or creatives who want to make their products available on Betsy will get a discounted package. Vetting and interview will be necessary.

• Betsy vets all its sellers to the full extent possible and will always aim to guard the quality of all products listed on our website. We rely on client feedback to constantly ensure that we challenge our sellers to produce the best for the market.
