Yes. In fact, Betsy is an entity with papers and registrations mandated by the government.

It is very easy to start setting up your seller page. Visit the betsyph.com homepage, click the Start Selling Link. Fill out the registration form and choose “I am a vendor”.

Once your seller page is approved, Betsy customer service will contact you to schedule a training – adding and maximizing your product listing is part of this training.

Ideally yes. But if the vendor has no business registration, Betsy is not accountable and responsible for the government responsibilities of the vendor.

It costs a seller nothing to set up a page in Betsy. Opening your page in Betsy is free! There is also no listing fee charged for the products on your page.
A standard transaction fee of 10% is collected only when an item is sold.

Betsy is an online marketplace for buying and selling artisanal and unique products proudly made by pinoy! Products are divided into 9 general categories to help buyers easily locate items they are looking for.
We encourage makers to showcase their products through this platform. Products should therefore be made and not bought. We do not encourage resellers.

Betsy seeks to enable buyers to find and have access to pieces of art, hand-made products or unique items by sellers who have made them with attention and heart. We hope to provide a venue for emerging artists, small to medium creative and artisanal brands, and talented crafters and makers to showcase their pieces and have the opportunity to meaningfully reach their clients.

There are many types of electronic payments available on Betsy. You could pay via PayPal/ Paymaya/ Gcash or Credit/Debit Cards. Electronic payments are encouraged.
Cash transaction are available if the seller allows. Make sure to check if the seller allows cash transaction before completing your purchase.

There is no transaction fee charged to the buyer. However, shipping costs for the item/s purchased are usually payed by the buyer. The cost will depend on the location of the buyer.

Once your order has been confirmed, a tracking number will be provided by the seller. Delivery timing may vary as the mode of shipping may be dependent on the seller and location.
If you experience delays in receiving your order, contact the seller directly and they will help to confirm the status of your order.

Any product and shipping issue should first be communicated to the seller. If there is no resolution or response from the seller in five business days, the issue will be escalated to Betsy customer service.
